Furniture, appliances, refrigerators, construction debris, hot tubs, playsets, and general household clutter. We handle single items all the way up to full garage, basement, and estate cleanouts.

We can't accept hazardous chemicals or toxic materials, wet paint, fuels, asbestos, explosives or ammunition, or biohazardous and infectious waste. We also can't take anything with bed bugs or an active pest infestation, rotting food and other perishable waste, or everyday household garbage — that belongs with your regular trash pickup. In short, nothing that's unsafe or unsanitary for our crew to handle. If you're unsure about an item, just ask when you request your free quote.

Not always. If the items are accessible and you've confirmed the quote, we can often complete the job without you on-site. We'll coordinate the details with you ahead of time.

We can unplug standard plug-in units. We don't disconnect gas or hardwired appliances — please have those professionally disconnected before we arrive.

Yes. We follow proper guidelines for refrigerant-containing appliances like fridges and freezers, and recycle the metal whenever we can.

Not at all. Just point out what stays and what goes — we handle the sorting, hauling, and cleanup, and donate usable items where we can. That said, having things separated out ahead of time helps us work faster and can save you money on the job.

Yes. We regularly clear full homes and properties from top to bottom and leave them broom-swept and ready for the next step.
